Originally, from Prince Georges County Maryland, Michael's love for cooking began as a young child accompanying his grandmother in the kitchen as her professional taste tester.

During Michael's 29 years of living and many accolades. There doesn't seem to be anything that brings more joy to him than decorating a plate, following the reaction of a persons face after tasting his dish.
